It was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in July 2003 (SH.600475), and completed a major asset restructuring in June 2017. In June 2020, the company was renamed Wuxi Huaguang Environmental Protection Energy Group Co., Ltd. The company is a state-owned listed company. At present, the total share capital is 727 million shares, and it is the main industrial investment and operation entity of the controlling shareholder Wuxi Guolian Development (Group) Co., Ltd. The company currently has 53 investment subsidiaries and nearly 4000 employees.
