Vice President of Shandong Branch
1) Under the leadership of the dean, participate in the company's development strategy and business management decisions.
2) Responsible for the market operation and technical quality management of the branch.
3) Assist the dean in formulating the business development strategy plan for the branch in conjunction with the development strategy of the headquarters, and be responsible for supervising the implementation and continuous improvement.
4) Responsible for establishing and improving the rules and regulations of the branch, and organizing implementation, inspection, and assessment. Develop annual plans for the branch and supervise their implementation. Integrate resources and allocate them reasonably (manpower, technology, qualifications, marketing channels, etc.) according to the development plan of our hospital.
5) Lead the marketing department to gather internal and external market resource elements of the group and coordinate their allocation, with the goal of finding and discovering the market, conducting marketing and expanding the market.
6) Promote the development of the branch's self operated business and further enhance the branch's self operated ability.
7) Responsible for hosting seminars on major project technical issues, organizing and resolving major technical issues in project design and construction.
1) Full time undergraduate or above degree in engineering management, mechanical engineering, thermal engineering, civil engineering, and other related majors in university unified enrollment;
2) Familiar with the operation and management processes of design institutes, with more than 10 years of relevant work experience in the power industry, and more than 5 years of relevant management experience in design companies. Possess EPC engineering general contracting experience, engineering cost experience, business and technical negotiation experience;
3) Have the ability to solve technical problems related to mutual cooperation and coordination between this major and related majors;
4) In work practice, able to guide the work of intermediate and senior technical personnel, and review the technical achievements of intermediate technical personnel;
5) Having broad network connections and project expansion abilities, possessing certain negotiation and business expansion abilities.
